The Lowcountry Annie Oakleys will host an After Party, following their Fourth Annual Charity Clays Tournament, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, September 28 at the Forest City Gun Club.
The event is open to the general public and will include a cocktail reception, awards and exclusive silent auction. Those who will not be participating in the sporting clays tournament, but want to support Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia’s Kids Cafe and the Boys & Girls Club of Jasper County, are invited to join the festivities including gourmet refreshments, silent auction, and musical entertainment by Chuck Courtenay. The cost to attend the After Party is $50.00 per person.
A rising regional star with a Nashville recording contract, singer and guitarist Chuck Courtenay will provide an acoustic country music backdrop for guests to enjoy a farm-to-table menu of heavy hors d’oeuvres presented by Springer Mountain Farms. The delectable fare will be specially prepared by Cotton & Rye’s executive chef Brandon Whitestone, who has just returned from the esteemed James Beard House in New York. Restaurant owner Zach Schultz will be on hand, as well. Palmetto Bluff will sponsor a special selection of beer and wine, and Jack Daniels and Finlandia will present a bourbon and vodka tasting.
