Fall 2018 Class – November 29
Holiday Baking with Paula Hall
There’s nothing quite like the aroma of cookies baking on a brisk fall day. Are you interested in learning a few baking tricks? For our November Cooking for a Cause class, our very own Special Events Coordinator, Paula Hall will focus on baking and decorating scrumptious cookies for the holidays.
Paula’s love for baking began as a young child growing up in Beckley, West Virginia. She will proudly tell you she is the fifth generation in her family to have a bakery, a business with deep roots in West Virginia that started back in 1925. Although teaching was her first career, baking has always been her first love. While raising five children in Seattle, Paula owned and operated Rainy Day Bakery. She was the sole supplier, 363 days a year, of all things sweet for seven Nordstrom Coffee Bars.
