Each day, truckloads of food, donated by local grocers, businesses, and individuals as well as national chains, arrive at our docks. After each item has been inspected
and its quality established, we stock the food in the shopping area of our 30,000-square-foot warehouse for distribution.
In 2004, we distributed more than 6.18 million pounds of food to more than 420 urban and rural agencies in our 21-county service area.
Whether a pantry, soup kitchen, or emergency food operation, our agencies depend on us to stock the warehouse with nutritious food, which they can give to those in need.
