Stamp Out Hunger without even leaving home! Just place a bag of non-perishable food donations beside your mailbox on Saturday, May 12 before your letter carrier arrives.  Your letter carrier will collect donations for the food bank while delivering the mail.  Join  the largest one-day food drive in our nation and remind family, friends, and neighbors to participate.

While the food bank is delighted to accept all labeled, unopened foods, the greatest need in fighting hunger are protein items like peanut butter; canned tuna, salmon, mackerel, ham, chicken or meat spreads; beef stew and other soups; and canned beans. 

More than 83,000 children in Coastal Georgia are at-risk for hunger.  Your food donation will make sure that children in our area don't go to bed hungry. 

You may also volunteer to help letter carriers, food bank staff, and other volunteers receive and sort the donations made during this amazing drive.  Volunteers are needed Saturday, May 12 from 5-8 pm to help.  Please let us know if we can count on you by calling 912.236.6750 or sending a message to bwilliam@helpendhunger.org.
